When I researched Hyaluronic Acid Serum, I learnt that our bodies naturally produce hyaluronic acid. It hydrates rather than exfoliates, and its molecular size affects how it works on the skin.
Why different Hyaluronates in your serum are important
Hyaluronic acid comes in different sizes and structures. Larger molecules mainly stay near the skin’s surface, where they help hold moisture. Some smaller molecules can move farther into the outer skin layers, depending on their size and the formula.

The step I want you to remember
Roll the Hyaluronic Acid Serum onto slightly damp skin, then follow with your moisturiser. That order matters: hyaluronic acid attracts and holds water, so damp skin gives it extra moisture to work with. The serum adds hydration, while your moisturiser helps reduce moisture loss and keeps skin feeling nourished.
You can use it morning and evening. Personally, I use it in the morning, straight after my shower I roll the Hyaluronic Acid Serum onto my damp face before Vitamin C serum. I then follow with moisturiser, and then Rimmel BB Cream as my makeup.

For me, Hyaluronic Acid Serum is a necessity. The extra hydration helps the fine lines around my eyes, between my eyebrows and below the sides of my lips look less noticeable.
